SkillPass Prep is an independent online study aid for candidates preparing for the Malta Skills Pass assessment. We are not affiliated with ITS, Identità, or any Maltese government body, and we do not issue the official Skills Pass certificate.

• The preparation bundle is a one-time payment that grants 30 days of access from the date the payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
• Access ends automatically at the end of the 30-day period. There is no auto-renewal and no ongoing subscription.

All purchases are final. Cancellations are not accepted and refunds are not issued.

• Because the bundle grants immediate digital access to study materials, practice quizzes, mock exams, and AI-graded speaking assessments, you expressly agree that performance of the Service begins immediately upon payment and you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content (including the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)).
• We do not offer refunds, credits, transfers, or extensions for: change of mind, failure to use the Service during the 30-day window, failure to pass the official Skills Pass assessment, ineligibility for a Maltese visa or work permit, denied entry to Malta, failure of your own device, network, microphone, or webcam, or any decision by ITS, Identità, or your employer.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals opened without contacting us first will be disputed with the payment processor. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral for recovery.
• Refunds will only be issued where required by mandatory applicable law (for example, a proven duplicate charge or a confirmed payment processing error on our side).

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, reselling access, or granting access to any third party is prohibited and will result in termination without refund.
• You must not copy, redistribute, republish, or use content from the Service to train third-party models.

The Part 3 Speaking & Listening Test and Phase 2 Interview record your microphone and webcam. Recordings are processed by AI scoring providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You must provide explicit consent on the consent screen before each recorded assessment.

• The Part 3 English Speaking & Listening Test is limited to a maximum of 10 attempts per candidate.
• Phase 2 Interview bookings are limited to 4 attempts per candidate, once per week.
• Attempts consumed do not entitle you to additional access, extensions, or refunds.

SkillPass Prep is a study aid. We make no guarantee that you will pass the official Skills Pass, obtain a visa or work permit, secure employment in Malta, or achieve any specific CEFR level. All practice grading is indicative only.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (payment processor, AI provider, hosting provider), or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily interrupt access. Brief interruptions do not entitle you to a refund or an extension unless mandated by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you breach these Terms, share your account, attempt to cheat or manipulate the assessment, submit fraudulent documents, or initiate an unjustified chargeback.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of earnings, visa refusal, or job loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified inside the app and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
